Refund policy

Returns
Since our products are used to produce cosmetics and ingredients must be verified unadulterated, we are unable to accept returns and do not offer refunds or credits on correctly dispatched items. We do not offer refunds or credits for merchandise spoiled in the waiting of pick-up. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as oils, flowers/petals , fragrance oils, essential oils, micas, liquid colors, butters and any item that does not have security seal cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not refund money, we do offer store credit on exceptional cases. Expenses on returns are on the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't recieved credit in 14 days, please contact us at creacionesvj2017@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be offered credit when qualified, unfortunately sale items cannot be offered credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at creacionesvj2017@gmail.com and send your item, once approved, to: Creaciones VJ, 16 Carr 3, Km 152.1 Parcela 10 Barriada Lopez, Salinas PR 00751, or by mail at PO BOx 540 Aguirre, PR 00704.

Cancellations

Due to our processing time, we do not cancel orders. Orders can be edited to add additional articles if tracking number hasn't been issued at the time of soliciting. All orders are final except when items have been oversold or unavailable at the moment. 

Shipping  (terms if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a  credit refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Creaciones V&J is not responsible for damages caused by the mail.
Damage caused by the mail will be processed through your insurance
if the chosen shipment is a priority or add additional insurance.
It is required along with the claim photos of the package in all its
areas, photos of the package label, photos of the original receipt and
photos of the damaged product.
Creaciones V&J is nos responsable for damaged product causes by heat, post packages
o packages marked as delivered. Any claim should be processed through mail insurance
and subject to their approval.
CREACIONES V&J is not responsable for returned packages. You are responsable of tracking your
packages once tracking is received and notifying immediately if package is not received in a
term of 24 - 48 hrs of tracking being sent (except weekends and holidays). You should contact us
to notify any delays by phone, email o facebook messenger.


Atmospheric events and natural disasters
In the event of delays due to atmospheric events and events beyond our control,
no refunds will be offered. Orders will be stopped until the shipping service is
reestablished. Refund will only be offered in the event that, due to these atmospheric
events and events of nature, our services have been affected to the point that we cannot
comply with your orders.

PRODUCTS WEIGHT
Please note, we try our best to have an accurate net weight on our products but due to differences in scales,
weights may vary by grams / mL. We do not offer refund or credits by weight difference less than two percent (2%)
of the original weight on repacked items. We do not offer refund or credits on difference in weight on products
ppacked directly by the manufacturer. Any difference of 2% or less in weight can be considered normal and are not
a flaw. Anything over the 2% difference in weight will be addressed inmediatly.
